Co-op Services Credit Union Sponsors Fire Prevention Education in Wyandotte

Livonia, MI (March 14, 2005) – Co-op Services Credit Union is a sponsor of Wyandotte’s annual fire safety and burn prevention education program coordinated by the Wyandotte Fire Department.

The program is designed to distribute age appropriate educational materials from the National Fire Safety Council to preschool and elementary age children in the community.

Wyandotte Fire Chief Michael D. MacDonald said, “This is a very worthwhile program, and we appreciate Co-op Services’ participation to help get these materials in the hands of the children.”

The credit union’s sponsorship will provide materials for 200 children in the local area.
