Announcement Coincides with WOMC Live Broadcast on June 26

Livonia, MI(June 21, 2004) – Co-op Services Credit Union will relocate its Downriver branch from 2211 Fort Street in Wyandotte to a new facility to be constructed at the southwest corner of Fort and Quarry.

The announcement about the new facility coincides with the annual Downriver Cruise and a live radio broadcast by WOMC from the credit union’s current Downriver branch on Saturday, June 26. WOMC personality Tom Force will be on-site from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Co-op Services representatives will also be on hand to distribute various promotional items.

“The Downriver Cruise draws a large number of people to this community, and we hope to generate even more excitement among our members with WOMC’s live broadcast and the announcement about our new branch,” said Branch Manager Marie Marleau.

“The new branch will give us an opportunity to greatly expand our services to members who live and work in this area,” said Co-op Services President and CEO Anthony Carnarvon. The new state of the art facility features the latest in banking technology. The exterior of the building will include increased parking along with a drive-up ATM, and four drive-through teller lanes.

The new Downriver facility at Fort and Quarry is expected to open for business to members by late 2004.
